Return Policy

At Kanhaji Vagha Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a return within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Product received is different from the description/details mentioned on the website

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order receipt is required

Products purchased according to the size chart, product description, or details mentioned on the website are not eligible for return.

Some products may be marked as “Non-Returnable” in the product description or additional information section. Such products cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval status of your return request.

If your return is approved:

• A store coupon for the approved amount (after applicable deductions) will be issued for future purchases.
• In exceptional cases approved by our support team, a refund may be processed to your original payment method such as Credit Card, UPI, Paytm, etc.

Please note:

• Refund processing time depends on your payment provider or bank.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  
  

Return Pickup Policy

In case a return pickup is arranged:

• The courier partner will attempt pickup up to 2 times
• If the pickup is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the return request will be cancelled automatically
• The same return request will not be reopened again
  

 

Order Cancellation Policy

You can request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us through:
